1. Acceptance of Terms

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is accepted and binding when 88bet issues a confirmation via your bet slip. Until that confirmation is issued, no bet exists. If a system error prevents confirmation from being generated, the bet is void and any stake will be returned. 88bet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors, provided this is done before the relevant event begins.

5.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed on each market before you place your selection. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type. For live in-play betting, limits may be adjusted in real time based on market conditions. Requesting a bet above the displayed maximum is not possible; the system will cap your stake at the maximum allowed.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment; match rescheduled outside the specified window; technical error generating incorrect odds; and any other situation specified in sport-specific rules. In accumulator bets, a void leg is removed and remaining legs continue at adjusted combined odds.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live betting markets on 88bet update in real time. There may be a short delay between events on the field and odds changes on the platform. 88bet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, data feed delays, or match incidents requiring reassessment.
